Public Relations

I have experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, and Procreate to make graphics to promote other businesses and my own work. I redesigned the marketing materials for the Berry College Leadership Fellows program. I also took the Digital Imaging art course (ART 351). I have also made supplementary materials (as practice) for promoting media (like books or movies). During my junior and senior year, I was on the Theme and Publicity Committee for Marthapalooza. Some of my responsibilities for this role included making posters, social media posts, designing the shirts, and decorating different areas of campus to fit the year's theme.

Dash and Lily Poster

I created a promotional poster for the tv show Dash and Lily as part of a class. I thought that the current posters for the show needed some improvement, so I made my own. The poster features one of the key scenes for the show's plot. The design was made through Procreate.

Spree Movie Poster

This poster was also made for a class, and it was made on Procreate. It was made as a promotional piece for the horror movie Spree, and the design features Easter eggs from the movie.

Marthapalooza Event Poster

The theme for 2022 was "Wild Wild West". This is the poster that I made for that, which was hung up around the school and put on the Student Activities Office Instagram. It was made with Canva.

Marthapalooza Social Media Post

I designed this Marthapalooza poster to be put on Instagram. It was made with Canva. While it was not used, it is worth putting on this website.

Leadership Fellows Logo

After talking with the head of the organization about the goals of the program and what she would like to see done, a style guide and new logo were created. At the pillars of the organization are the four main goals: to serve, inspire, serve, and teach.

Leadership Fellows Style Guide

After studying what color schemes and text fonts go well together and talking with the head of the scholarship program, I created a style guide for the organization using Adobe Illustrator.

Leadership Fellows Instagram Post

Based on the style guide, I made an Instagram ad for the organization. It advertises one of the main goals of the organization: to teach others how to be more effective leaders in the community and workplace. I made this using Adobe Photoshop.

Leadership Fellows Poster Ad

I used the style guide to make this poster ad. The goal of the ad was to get more people to apply for the Leadership Fellows Scholarship program and to advertise what kind of topics are taught through the program. I made this using Adobe InDesign.
